Instructions:

For warm relief- Heat for 30-60 seconds in a microwave or 10 minutes at 250F in an oven. Please be careful when removing from a microwave or oven!

For cold relief- Place in freezer in air-tight container for minimum of 30 minutes.

For aromatherapy- Remove inner pillow, place a few drops of essential oil(s) of choice and re-insert

Washing instructions- Remove cover, wash on cold, hang to dry.
